This selection begins with a freshly made traditional Caesar salad for two made table side.
The main course consists of Steak Diane – named for the Greco Roman Goddess of the Hunt, Dianna – it is prepared pan fried in seasoned juices. This tender juicy steak dish is ideally paired with Cremini mushrooms when in season.
This is followed by dessert of your choice – to be selected at the time of booking: Bananas Foster – ( a decadent dessert made from bananas, vanilla ice cream, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, rum, and banana liquor) or a equally sweet but more health conscious fruit arrangement.
