Though the menu changes every so often right now we are offering the following three meal choices:
Selection #1 Steak Diane with Caesar Salad & Banana’s Foster
This selection begins with a freshly made traditional Caesar salad for two made tableside.
The main course consists of Steak Diane – named for the Greco Roman Goddess of the Hunt, Dianna – it is prepared pan-fried in seasoned juices. This tender juicy steak dish is ideally paired with Cremini mushrooms when in season.
This is followed by a dessert of your choice – to be selected at the time of booking: Bananas Foster – ( a decadent dessert made from bananas, vanilla ice cream, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, rum, and banana liquor) or an equally sweet but more health conscious fruit arrangement.
Selection #2 Sautéed Sole with Browned Butter and Capers, Banana’s Foster or Fruit Salad
This selection begins with a freshly made traditional Caesar salad for two made tableside.
The main course consists of Sautéed Sole with Browned Butter and Capers. Sole is a white flaky mild fish when combined with the richness of the browned butter and capers becomes a delicately flavored dish that is savored by even the most refined pallet.
This is followed by a dessert of your choice – to be selected at the time of booking: Bananas Foster – ( a decadent dessert made from bananas, vanilla ice cream, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, rum, and banana liquor) or an equally sweet but more health conscious fruit arrangement.
Selection #3 Chicken Piccata & Side or Caesar Salad with Choice of Dessert.
A freshly made Ceasar Salad for two will start the meal off table-side.
The main course consists of Chicken Piccata. This is a favorite dish of many. Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless chicken breast medallions, covered and cooked in a caper lemon sauce that can ignite and titillate even the shrewdest taste buds.
This Piccata dish is followed by the dessert of your choice – to be selected at the time of booking: Bananas Foster – ( a decadent dessert made from bananas, vanilla ice cream, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, rum, and banana liquor) or an equally sweet but more health conscious fruit arrangement.
